I question everything and sometimes, especially when I revisit something I thought I've healed from. I often question if I'm in a spiral or a loop. I remind myself that healing happens in layers and the wounds I heal dmtake time, especially if I continue to feel the same fears, pains, emotions wrapped around the healing. I know When I'm in a loop because it flattens me, others are definitely spirals because my own understanding deepens and the release of what minded me gives me space to breathe. Thank you for this.
Maybe my newest series on recursion would shed some light on that spiral loop experience. It sounds like the spiral experience you speak of is a growth cycle for you. Thank you for taking the time to share.
The footnotes are as real as I am. I have noticed that when referencing articles on Substack the links often don’t connect or they are no longer available. I have had that happen with several pieces and I figure if folks want to do more research they can always do a search for the titles or terms I’ve listed.
I do my best to make sure links are active but I can’t control what others do with their writing. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
I just checked the ‘links’ again and it looks like at least half of them are duds now. I’ll spend some time looking for new links to add for further reading. I would recommend the newest series on recursion. It touches on spiral experiences as well. Less trap.

The reading is not real.

Thanks Amber, I’ll look for it.
I couldn’t find the journals. But alas - I went to art school. I don’t know how to research things! I thought I would ask.

What up with your further reading section Amber? I’m a further type of reader
I’m not sure I understand your question. Can you say it a different way or say more please?
